An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Controller to join a leading multinational company within the energy sector. This role will support financial performance, planning, reporting, and finance digitalisation initiatives across the Chilean operation.

The position offers high exposure to regional and global stakeholders, working closely with leadership teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the performance management process, including annual planning, forecasting, target setting, scorecard reporting, and business reviews.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct profitability and business performance analysis across different business units.
• Lead finance digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders locally and regionally.
• Support cost control, financial planning, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong internal control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business analysis for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Performance Management.
• Experience working in multinational or matrix organisations.
• Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with finance transformation, automation, or digitalisation initiatives is highly valued.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and teamwork orientation.
