LATAM General Manager

Reporting to senior international leadership, this role carries full accountability for business performance across multiple international markets and offers the opportunity to shape the next stage of growth, strengthen organisational capability and enhance operational effectiveness.

This position requires a commercially minded and people-oriented leader with the ability to drive sustainable growth, build high-performing teams and foster strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the regional strategy to support profitable and sustainable growth.
• Take full ownership of regional P&L performance.
• Strengthen organisational capability and leadership succession.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Promote operational excellence and alignment with global standards.
• Lead and inspire teams across multiple markets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What you bring

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualifications highly desirable.
• 10–15+ years of executive leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading multi-country operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and full P&L ownership experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering growth and leading organisational change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability.
• Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technology or related B2B environments will be highly regarded.
